Colleen Proctor

Seasoned corporate technology executive known for her strategic leadership and ability to bridge the gap between IT and business. Most recently, she was the VP of IT at Permian Resources, where she played a key role in post-merger integrations and strategic planning. Prior to that, she led applications and analytics at QEP Resources, where she built an IT PMO and helped drive executive-level project prioritization. Colleen has been actively involved in corporate governance and diversity initiatives, holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver, and is based in Denver, Colorado.
